  • What is the cost of Piano/Keyboard lessons?

    Depending on the the length of the classes, the price ranges from $140-$280 per month for weekly lessons.

  • Do I need to have my own piano or keyboard, or does Big Star Music Academy provide one?

    Big Star allows students to borrow a keyboard for their lessons, but we encourage all students to have their own personal piano or keyboard. This allows for the student to practice daily and progress quicker. 

  • How long will it take for me or my child to get good at playing the piano or keyboard?

    With weekly piano or keyboard lessons and consistent practice, children and adults can play with basic proficiency as soon as 6 months. Each student is different, but 30 minutes of practice per day is recommended for each student. 

  • Do you offer one-on-one piano lessons?

    Yes! We teach private piano or keyboard lessons in-person or online. Either option will instill a passion to learn the piano or keyboard. 

  • Do you offer online piano lessons?

    Yes, Big Star Music Academy offers online one-on-one versions of all our music programs in an effort to ensure you can enjoy quality music lessons. All students have the option to choose to take their lessons online or in our studios. Learn more about our online music lessons now.
